This multi-award winning scheme, commenced in early 2006, set new standards in city living with the conversion of a long standing redundant office building into riverside apartments.

The building responded to complex planning, rights to light and St Paul’s Heights and the strategic Thames side location in front of St Paul’s called for a striking design that was achieved by the addition of a richly coloured terracotta façade.
