Projects / Lombard Street

This building is on an extremely sensitive site, being immediately adjacent to Hawksmoor’s St. Mary Woolnoth Church which is Grade One listed. Viewed from the Bank junction, the new building forms a backdrop to the church, employing a simple, gently curved, façade, with the two principal elevations facing Lombard Street and King William Street. A new double height arcade at street level links these two streets following the line of the curve above. The 8 storey building is fully clad in Portland stone and provides 125,000 sq ft of commercial office space. The building contains two basement levels and facilities for dealer floors, with retail space at ground level.
