This building was owned by Ballymore while we were working on their ‘Snowhill’ development, and during that time we produced several alternative designs for refurbishing, extending or replacing it to provide enhanced net area and upgraded office accommodation.
Subsequently we were invited by Development Securities to propose a design for a Headquarters Building for PWC who were considering moving from their neighbouring Cornwall Street premises.

The design is tailored to PWC requirements in overall size and floorplate configuration and includes dramatic entrance and atrium spaces.
Parking is provided at basement level, and generous terraces on the upper floors afford spectacular views over the city. The facades are fully glazed, giving the building a light translucent identity, while meeting current sustainability targets.
