12 Charles II Street is a Grade A Office Building located in the heart of St James, comprising an equal mix of executive and open plan office space, with generous meeting and boardroom facilities. The building also benefits from exclusive use of a sizeable roof terrace.

With entirely new principal facades and two new fully glazed top storeys this building is, in effect, the first new design in Regent Street for almost half a century. Work was completed in 2009 including the full fit-out for a prestigious tenant.
