This building was designed by SG in collaboration with the late Brian Avery in a contemporary form and aesthetic, complementing the historic buildings of its’ setting in the Conservation Area.

The facades are predominantly in natural stone with projecting bay windows in frameless clear glass.
A dramatic atrium, curved in section, brings light into the large (10,000ft2) flexible floorplates.

The new building provides 77,000ft2 of A1 office space and forms an ideal headquarters for the single professional or financial user; or is equally suitable for multiple occupation.
