In addition to the complete refurbishment of the offices and facades of the existing building, SG were commissioned to add a group of luxury apartments to the roof.

This is designed as a striking stone clad octagonal pavilion concealing a calm contemporary courtyard within – surrounded by a range of high quality studio, 2 bed and 3 bed apartments.

The courtyard forms the main entrance to the apartments and is indicative of the design style and quality of the residences in this part of Central London. Finishes are predominantly in natural stone but softened by greenery, and the courtyard has become a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city. Glass facades allow a strong visual and physical link between the private internal living areas and the shared courtyard.
